MCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Misuse AI technology for illegal or deceptive activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software, interfaces, designs, logos, and related materials are owned by MCI Consulting FZCO or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without written permission.
7. Subscription, Fees & Payments
Certain Services may require payment via subscription or usage fees.
By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of your order.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or stated otherwise in a written agreement.
MCI may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
8. Data Protection & Privacy.

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA clients

You retain ownership of your own data and grant MCI a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services may integrate with third-party APIs or platforms (e.g., CRMs, voice providers, payment gateways). MCI is not responsible for the content, security, or operation of any third-party services.
Your use of such integrations is subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MCI Consulting FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCI Consulting FZCO, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@virella.ai.
MCI Consulting FZCO may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by Free-Zone regulation.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
The latest version will always be available at https://www.virella.ai/terms.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
